Meet Jess Anwyl—our experienced pregnancy physiotherapist and running mum. She thrives on being able to help runner's stay strong and mobile, in particular those embarking on their pregnancy journey, postpartum recovery & return to running. 

 

She’s passionate about using evidence-based care to make sure every session is safe, sustainable, and right for your stage of pregnancy or postnatal recovery. You’ll find yourself supported at every turn: exercises shaped by physiotherapy best practices, practical adaptations as you progress, and plenty of insights, tips, and personal guidance. 

 

And whenever you have a question or need some reassurance, Jess is there for a chat, making it feel like you’ve got a trusted expert right alongside you.
